Do my points expire and can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points expire 12 months after they are issued. 

Example: 

• You ship a package in January 2025, and you earn 500 points.
• These 500 points will expire in January 2026 if not used. 
• If you ship another package in March 2025, the points from that shipment will expire in March 2026. 

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder or authorized person(s).
