What If I Forgot to Include My Rocket Number on the Shipping Address?

If your package was shipped without your Rocket number, don’t worry — we can still process it, as long as:

  • The rest of the address is correct:

    2149 NW 79th Ave
    Doral, FL 33122

  • The name on the package matches the name on your RocketShip account.


In these cases, you can expect a processing delay of 1–2 business days while we manually match the package to your account.


To help speed things up, please open a ticket on our Support Portal under the category:
"Missing/Wrong Mailbox Number"


Including any tracking numbers or merchant details will help us locate and assign your package more quickly.
