I Got a Delivery Notification, But No “Received in Miami” Update — What’s Going On?

Created by Toni Cooke, Modified on Fri, 4 Apr at 5:41 PM by Toni Cooke

If your international carrier (like FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) shows your package as delivered, but you haven’t received a “Received in Miami” update from RocketShip, here’s what you need to know:

? How Our Miami Warehouse Works:

Our Miami warehouse does not store packages overnight. All packages are:

  • Scanned and processed the same day

  • Shipped to the Miami International Airport that night

If you haven’t received your RocketShip notification, the package likely hasn’t been delivered to us yet — or it’s still in transit between your carrier and our warehouse.

✅ What You Can Do:

Option 1: Wait a Little Longer
Some carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting up to 5 business days. If no update appears on your Rocket dashboard after that time, you should contact your merchant.

Option 2: Contact Your Merchant
If the delay is urgent or has caused issues, reach out to your merchant directly for a refund or replacement.

Option 3: Share Extra Tracking Info with Us
Some shipments include multiple tracking numbers. If you’ve got additional tracking details or proof of delivery (a photo), please open a ticket via our Support Portal and include all tracking IDs and photos so that we can investigate.

ℹ️ Important Notes:

  • RocketShip is not responsible for missed refund or return windows with your merchant.

  • We understand how frustrating delays can be and appreciate your patience as we help resolve your concern.
