Choosing the Best Shipping Option to Our Miami Warehouse
The shipping method you select at checkout can affect how quickly your package reaches our Miami warehouse. Understanding these options can help you minimize potential delays.
Amazon Prime & Direct-to-Warehouse Delivery
Amazon Prime orders typically ship via Amazon Logistics or USPS. While many shipments are delivered directly to our Miami warehouse, others may require additional handling. When shopping on Amazon or other platforms, please choose direct-to-warehouse delivery whenever possible to ensure the fastest processing.
USPS & Third-Partyhird Party Carrier Shipment
Shipments sent via USPS or other third-party carriers are not always delivered directly to our warehouse. In these instances, our team retrieves the package from the local USPS facility. Please note: the carrier may mark a package as "Delivered" or "Left with an individual" once it reaches the postal facility. This occurs before our team physically receives and scans it into our system.
Understanding Your Tracking Updates
The carrier’s ‘Delivered’ status does not always mean the package has been physically received and processed by Rocketship.
For more efficient delivery:
- Select Direct Delivery: Whenever possible, choose a shipping option that offers direct delivery to our Miami warehouse.
- Account for External Factors: Delivery times vary based on the merchant, carrier, and factors like weekends or holidays.
- Minimize Handoffs: Using the right shipping method can help avoid extra carrier steps before your package reaches our Miami warehouse.
